Course Overview

This course covers the essential procedures and laws in place in
managing an estate under:-
• Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA)
• SS 519:2006 Singapore Standard for Performance of
Managing Agents for strata residential properties.
It also provides an overview of the common building defects;
techniques to carry out building diagnosis and investigation as well
as an introduction to carry out life cycle assessment of buildings.
